Chris Cole and Saul Rackauskas of the Libertarian Party arrived shortly before 9 AM and met with several members of the Junior State of America (JSA) including the Governor and Lieutenant Governor. We set up in the designated room at about 9:30 AM for a 10 AM start. Once the high school students in the first group arrived, interested students swamped us.
